09.30 am Gathering at temple to do merit-making

10.00 am Together pay respect to triple gem,

request 5 precepts

10.15 am Parita chanting for happy new year

10.30 am Giving alms to 5 Buddhist monks

– Offering made to a monk or monks

on behalf of the dead.

– Money tree offering to temple

– Receiving the blessing and gifts.

11.30 am Lunch offering to monks

12.00 am Lunch served to the guests

12.30 pm Sprinkle water onto a Buddha statue and monks,

Pour water on the hands of revered elders and ask
for blessing,

13.00 pm Traditional dance from Nang Faa group.
